By using HackPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. We may modify these Terms at any time without notice.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for any reason, with or without notice.
All rights, title, and interest in HackPilot, including but not limited to its code, branding, UX, and architecture, are the property of HackPilot.
By submitting content to HackPilot, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display it in connection with operating or promoting the platform.
All billing is processed via Stripe. You are responsible for charges incurred. We may change pricing at any time. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
HackPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or uptime guarantees.
We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from use of the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HackPilot and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
