- Wasabi - Cloud storage for presentation files
- Stripe - Payment processing
- Groq - AI-powered content generation
These services may have access to your data as necessary to provide their functionality. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share or disclose data:
- With Stripe (for billing)
- With trusted infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, Wasabi, Groq)
- To comply with legal or governmental requests

We use encryption and strict access controls. But no system is impenetrable, and by using HackPilot, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
6. Your Choices
You may request account deletion, but we may retain data to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect our platform from fraud or abuse. We are not obligated to delete backups or logs containing your data.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Presentation files stored in Wasabi may be retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
